03 Account Management & Security

- Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security;
- Not share account credentials with anyone, including family members;
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices;
- Reporting any suspicious activity to the dadu44 support team promptly.
Dadu44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity carried out through your account will be deemed to have been performed by you, unless you have notified us of a possible unauthorised access before such activity occurred.
04 Deposits & Fund Withdrawals
Dadu44 supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and many other options. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and are subject to change from time to time;
- All deposits must be made from an account or wallet registered in the member's own name — third-party deposits are not accepted;
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once all verification requirements have been met;
- Dadu44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding certain limits, as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) procedures;
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, unless otherwise agreed upon by dadu44.
All deposits are credited to your account within the stipulated timeframe depending on your chosen payment method. If your deposit is not credited within the expected period, please contact our customer support with proof of transaction for prompt resolution.
05 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme
Dadu44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements clearly stated on each promotional offer. The following general conditions apply to all dadu44 bonuses:
- Received bonuses must be wagered at the specified rate before any withdrawal can be made;
- Each member is eligible to receive each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated;
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or to third parties;
- Dadu44 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit the bonus system;
- Cancelled bonuses along with any winnings generated from them may be forfeited without notice;

06 Game Rules
All games available on the dadu44 platform have specific rules displayed within the game interface itself. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. General conditions applicable to all games are as follows:
- Game results are final and may not be disputed unless a technical error has been verified by dadu44;
- In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, dadu44 will settle any affected bets based on available system records;
- Live Casino games are subject to additional rules set by the respective game providers;
- Dadu44 reserves the right to void any bet suspected of being placed unlawfully or using unauthorised methods;

07 Prohibited Conduct

- Owning or operating more than one dadu44 account;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to exploit the system;
- Colluding with other players to exploit bonuses or the gaming system;

- Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
- Abusing the customer support system, including the use of offensive language or threats;

08 Account Closure & Suspension

- All bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited;
- Balances obtained through illegitimate means will be permanently forfeited;
- Valid deposit balances (excluding bonuses) may be returned at dadu44's discretion once the investigation is concluded.
Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting dadu44 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once all pending transactions have been settled. Any remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.
09 Liability Limits & Disclaimer
The dadu44 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation at all times, dadu44 makes no warranties or representations — express or implied — regarding:
- Continuous and uninterrupted availability of the platform;
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed;
- The platform's suitability for any particular purpose;
- The absence of viruses, bugs, or other harmful components.
To the extent permitted by law, dadu44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including financial losses resulting from betting activities.
10 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law
Dadu44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on our platform. Notice of material changes will be communicated to members via email or in-account notification.
Continued use of the dadu44 platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
